They need to be cleaned up.  They were in a pallet loose with makeup and other stuff.  They also have green/orange stickers on some of them as you see by the picture.   There are about 1600 message plates. Plus a "Bunch" of the plastic ties to attach them to the bicycle (pink, blue, and yellow) Also a "bunch" of Tag frames.   I didn't actually count the tags, someone would have to be crazy.  I counted the first stack to 100 then made even stacks to count them.   I was tired of counting so I didn't count the ties or frames.  But there is a lot.   Just think if you sold these 4/$1.00 that's $400.00!!!  That doesn't include the ties and frames!!
