Shipping fees include Packaging, Shipping cost, fees, supplies etc. International Orders are NEVER shipped in Spindles and will be removed and repacked for easier and safer shipping. Some orders over $20 will have a .85-$1.50 fee added for DC & Insurance. Combined Shipping is available on most items. International Orders have a higher shipping cost for various reasons. Maximum Insurance via the USPS and private insurance are taken out on International orders due to the high volume of damage/lost packages I have come across with Customs outside the United States which has resulted in over $1000 in merchandise loss for BlankDVDCentral. All Domestic & International Packages are mailed either First Class or Priority mail Those costs are NOT negotiable and are set at a final price. DO NOT buy the item and later leave feedback stating that you were "overcharged" for shipping. You already know what the price is before you buy it. Shipping cost include (in most cases) Insurance,Tracking, Delivery Conformation, Postage, Packing Materials etc. On occasion we sell things that are a "pre-order" which means they may not be shipped until the date listed on the auction. FEEDBACK As part of the E Bay Seller Protection Policy, Feedback will be left for you upon receipt and at no time before hand. Many times we deal with a high volume of Customers over the course of a week, so we leave feedback usually 2 days a week. All transactions that have feedback left for them will receive feedback in return, but not always the same day. It may take a few days, but we will get to it. CONDITION All Items I sell are 100% Brand New, but are usually repacked (safely) for easier shipping. Discs are NEVER handled with bare hands to ensure that all items arrive to you the same as when they were in a sealed package. Unless an item says "used", it is BRAND NEW. RETURN POLICY We generally don't have a "set in stone" return policy, but will take returns if you contact within 5 days of you receiving the item (s). Product Damage is grounds for a return (which is always caused by USPS, not BlankDVDCentral, we pack EVERYTHING securely!), but misreading an auction or simply "changing your mind" does not qualify as a reason to return your item (s). By buying this auction, you are agreeing in front of E Bay and Paypal that you will not attempt to return an item and/or file a Paypal Claim for any other reason than product damage. That is the only circumstances in which we will honor a refund. We are NOT responsible for auctions that are not thoroughly read. We do not offer ANY guarantee as far as codes and serials working on any game. Some PC Games may NOT be shipped in "big boxes", but all manuals and Discs will be safely removed and repacked for easier shipping, but most likely will be shipped in full packaging. Please advise that we will NOT take returns on ANY games! All costs are final and are not up for negotiation. Bid on the title or picture without clicking on it and READING the full auction description at your own risk. If we do take anything back, we will only refund 50% of the shipping cost and you are hereby agreeing to this under ANY circumstances including Paypal claims. Buyer only have a small amount of space to describe what it is that we are selling so we have to phrase things a certain way and by no means are we trying to "deceive" or "mislead" anyone. HARASSMENT Just to answer some questions about some of the Negative and Neutral Feedback ratings I have received. Most of this has been due to customers not reading an item description and/or trying to extort me out of more merchandise and/or money by threatening me with Negative feedback. This is becoming a growing problem for sellers on E Bay and I WILL NOT LET ANYONE EXTORT ME because of their own shortcomings, greed and ignorance. Most of my feedback is Excellent and no matter what, I ALWAYS make sure my customers stay happy. I will go out of my way more than ANY seller on E Bay to ensure satisfaction and have done so on MANY occasions. Read through my Positive Feedback thoroughly and you will see this. Feel confident that we has NOTHING but the buyers best interest(s) at heart and feel confident that we are not misleading you, it is the extortionists on E Bay that leave Negative feedback to get "freebies" that are the true problem. I also encourage ALL OTHER SELLERS to NOT conform to this small group of extortionists. It is our job to make E Bay stop these people!If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me. All profanities, threats and harassing e-mails will be reported to the Trust & Safety Department and may result in Suspension or account termination, so please think twice if you plan on harassing me instead of asking a legitimate question. E-mails and messages stating that "Your Shipping is too high!" or "This auction is misleading!" fall under the HARASSMENT category and will be reported to E Bay at which we will encourage to deal with the instigator both swiftly and harshly. Thank you. PAYMENT Payment is expected within 48 hours after the auction ends. After that an invoice will be sent daily until the 8th day at which point an Unpaid item Reminder will be sent to you. Anyone with a feedback rating of 5 or less must pay for the auction within 24 hours. We only accept Paypal. We also generally DO NOT take E Checks, but if you tell us in advance we will most likely make an exception. If you do pay via E Check, the item (s) will not be sent until payment has cleared.
